Welcome reception
Welcome reception will take place at the courtyard of the hotel between 17.00-20.00.
Registration desk is open between 15.00-20.30.
SOCIAL HOUR
Social Hour Thursday, 1st June, and Friday 2nd June at 17:30-19:30. Thursday’s event will be held at the courtyard of Frimurarehotellet and Friday’s event at the hotels conference center Vintergatan, in the same room as the technical sessions are held. There is no charge for these events and registration is not required.
BANQUET
Banquet: Saturday, 3rd June at 18:00: The Gala Dinner will be held at the Swedish Air Force Museum. Busses will depart from Frimurarehotellet at 17.30. The night will start with a cocktail hour and the chance to network in the museum, after the Banquet, busses will depart back to the hotel at 22.30. Socializing will continue at the hotel with live entertainment throughout the evening. (The Banquet is included for full price symposium registrants, but please register if you intend to participate). Tickets for spouses must be bought separately.
